How can I pay?
Chubby Geek provides our customers with the option to pay with PayPal.
PayPal is a fast, secure online payment service that allows you to shop online or send money without directly sharing your financial information. PayPal securely gives you the choice to pay for online purchases using account balances, bank accounts, or credit cards.
How much is shipping?
Shipping is $8.00 flat Australia wide for orders under $75 (including GST).
For orders $75 (including GST) and over, shipping is FREE!
We ship all our parcels with Australia Post which also includes tracking info.
We will ship your items within 1-3 business days after payment confirmation unless specified in the product info. You should receive your items between 1-5 working days after shipment depending on your location.
Can I pick up my order?
Yes, if you're in Melbourne, that is! We offer free pickup from the Carlton/Collingwood area. We will email you after your order is placed and confirmed.
Do you ship internationally?
We currently do not ship internationally. However, drop us an email at email@example.com and we will see if we can help you out.
Where's the shipping cost?
When placing an order, you will first be taken to PayPal where your payment and shipping information are gathered. Once PayPal gets a shipping address, you can then pick a shipping option.
Can I return my items if I change my mind?
We think that you will love all our goodies as much as we do. Unfortunately if you change your mind (or don't get what you want in a blind-box), we cannot give you a refund or exchange.
There's a problem with my order, can I get a refund/exchange?
If you have unfortunately received a defective product or we have shipped the wrong items to you, then we will happily give you a refund or organise an exchange within 7 days of receiving your order provided that the product(s) are unopened, in their original packaging and condition that you received them in. Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer!
Simply email us at firstname.lastname@example.org, include your order ID and details about the issue and we will sort you out.
How do preorders work?
To help us and our customers get the best products and collectibles from around the world, we will occasionally have preorders!
- To place a preorder, simply order the preorder product and we will only charge you the deposit amount as listed.
- Once the item is in stock, we will email you instructions to pay the remaining balance of your preorder (including any shipping fees) within 14 days and then we will ship it right away!
- In the unlikely event that the balance is not paid within 14 days, we will unfortunately have to cancel your preorder and you will lose your deposit. But let's hope that never happens!
Can I cancel a preorder?
Unfortunately, if you change your mind and cancel a preorder, your deposit will be lost.
What are the chances my preorder will not be filled?
We treat every preorder like any other order and do our very best to fill them. However, in the unfortunate event that there are manufacturer cancellations, allocations problems or issues beyond our control, we may not be able to get the stock. In this very unlikley case, we will offer you a full refund.
